Who we are

Talentum4 Leadership Academy is a bilingual (English & Spanish) learning platform dedicated to developing confident, consistent, and people-centered leaders across dairy and agricultural operations.

We combine more than 25 years of experience in veterinary consulting, organizational leadership, and workforce development to create practical, Agricultural focused training that supervisors can apply immediately in their daily routines.

Our courses are interactive, engaging, and designed specifically for the realities of agricultural teams, helping leaders communicate more clearly, coach more effectively, model behaviors consistently, and build stronger, more aligned cultures.

At Talentum4, we believe leadership is not a title but a daily behavior, and that strong operations are built by supervisors who lead with clarity, respect, and accountability.

Our purpose is to empower agricultural leaders to create healthier, stronger, and more aligned workplaces by providing supervisors with:

Santiago Ledwith  DVM-MSc (Director)

FOUNDER

  • Graduated as a Veterinarian Practitioner in 1991 and since then has been working with Livestock Operations in South America and since 1995 also in North America

  • Senior Advisor and Educator for Cornell University’s Agricultural Workforce Development program. Providing important teaching & facilitation for the development of supervisory leadership education for farm managers and owners across the country and internationally

  • Dairy Consultant - Coach - Trainer - Facilitator in all of North America since 2002

  • Specialist in Leadership Development Training, Executive Coaching & Organizational Development who has been working on "The Human Factor" of Livestock Operations since 2008

  • Educator in Biology & Science (High School & Junior College) for 14 years in Phoenix, Arizona servicing multicultural students

  • Among the credentials held by Santiago you'll find:  

    • Master's Degree from U of A (Dairy Management 2008)

    • Executive Leadership from Johnson Graduate School of Management - Cornell University (2010)

    • Bilingual & ESL Certification from Ottawa University (1998)  

    • Teaching Secondary Education Certification Program from Ottawa University (1997)

  • Graduated as a Veterinarian Practitioner in 1969 and since then has been working with Livestock Operations in Colombia, Central America, Southwest Asia and since 1985 also in U.S.
